本人理解及接受非正規醫學之風險，可能出現之問題及需要較長之時間
I understand and accept the risks, the problems of applying irregular medicine and it take much longer time to take effect.

 

 

本人理解及接受此非正規醫學，會如出現一般非西醫角度及理論下之問題，如『好轉反應 Healing Crisis』等，或短期內未必出現所謂的表面果效
I understand and accept the use of irregular medicine will bring abnormal problems under the theory of conventional medicine, such as Healing Crisis, or effect will not be seen apparently in short term.

 

 

因此，如出現上述情況，本人並不會進行任何法律、金錢、文字等追究或賠償，或進行任何文字或語言上之讉責
Hence, if any situation mentioned above occurs, I will not call to account legally, financially, literally, etc or make any claim, or make any condemnation verbally or literally.

 

 

Example:
水警伍錦明因牙肉腫痛於02年4月26日到屯門醫院求診，醫生發現他腦部有陰影但安排於一個月後才做磁力共振檢查。死者於4月30日病情惡化，於是進行腦掃描，但主診醫生陶志雄竟然並未等待掃描結果完成便下班，又未向其他同事交代病情，最後死者於5月4日死於腦膿腫。
專家指若當時馬上進行手術，死者有很大機會生存，這真的是草管人命。
但使死者家屬最惱怒的是，縱使裁判官指責這是出於人為錯失，但最後死因法庭都只是裁定死者死於自然，真的是不知所為。

 

王彩娥2011年二月在屯門醫院證實患有第一期直腸腫瘤，並於同年三月三日在該院接受微創手術切除，
本為小手術，兩日後可出院。但她兩日後突然在病房跌倒，頭顱後方流血，並且出現休克情況。醫生為
她進行搶救時，發現她曾經施手術的胸腔和附近位置大量出血，出血量達到八公升，最終搶救無效。
專家證人認為是手術後出現併發症致大量出血死亡。
但法庭只裁定死於不幸？死者丈夫馮光皓「我妻子王彩娥死得好冤枉，還我一個公道。」王彩娥生前健康良好，
手術前仍工作。
